    Ask for Warren!!!! My first big purchase and Warren treated me like I was family!!! I was very indecisive and came in 4/5 times and he was just as nice every time! He found my dream car!!! And the paperwork with Walter was just as easy, thank you Warren sooooo much!!!

    Had some trouble with my previous X5 and I want to recommend Tony Nguyen & Bryan Krippendorf. These guys turned the most negative experience to one of the most positive car buying experiences I've had.     Buying a car can be so stressful. It doesn't have to be. After my 2009 Honda Odyssey mini-van started to misbehave last year, I started looking at hybrids. Knowing that my days of carpools, Girl Scout camping trips and roadtrips back and forth to drop off or pick up at college were done, it was time to replace with van with something for the next chapter of my life. Although the past 110,000 miles of adventures were great, I needed something new, reliable and more environmentally friendly. Problem. Hybrids are hot. Unless something happens to be on the lot, the waiting time can be 8 to 10 months. Did I really want to wait that long? Enter Sergio. Five star service with so much patience and warmth during the process. Love how he really took care of us like family. From building my car to updates on progress to explaining the gazillions of electronic buttons, he really is the best! From routine service to car washes and detailing, my car is still in great condition....I think I've only filled gas four or five times in the past year. Better for the environment (and my wallet). Fast forward to Thanksgiving when my husband finally decided to retire. He also wanted an upgrade and after 31 years, I decided to give him something better than an engraved watch. (Do people even get those when they retire today?) Although we don't have his and hers, he did get a hybrid as well. Thanks to all of the great staff at Momentum BMW and Cheers to a very Happy and Healthy New Year. (1/2024).
